Basically, Friend list in server browser is not working in PC version. Non of my friends can't see or join each other playing. When you right click on friend name in steam, join server is not active, in grey. And server information says - Friend is not playing on any server. Also Friends Tab in server browser is always empty.

Second big problem with the game for me is that it's nearly impossible to play in the same team with your clanmate... You can't create a party/squad and play together... Even if you succeed to swap sides, after around finishes, the game will randomly balance teams again...

There's a Friends tab in the server browser. It does seem to be throwing up servers which none of your friends are in....but at least the tab is there. Hopefully they'll fix it soon. The best way to join a friend is to simply tell them the server name.

As for your second problem. There are squads that you join, and you can spawn on squadmates in vehicles. The game also endeavors to spawn you close to wherever your teammates are. But I do agree that it doesn't always do a great job of this at the moment.
