didn't answer one substantive questions, and sounded like somebody selling a new deodorant to me. If they didnt answer the question "will we have dedicated servers and mod tools?" with a resounding YES, then the whole thing is a waste of time. I am caring less and less about the game the more I hear nonsense like this being spouted. Im not gonna work like a dog to be fairly good at the game to be killed by some nub who cant tell which end of a noob toob to point at you, and even more insulting be lumped in with them on the IW network for matchups. It wont be two hours before they discover that their matching system is all shot to hell when they start matching some crappy corporals with some talented corporals, and the crappy ones go home crying, and take up knitting. With our system of dedicated servers, we can find the level of players that we belong with after a little trial and error, and there is at least some reason to develop your skills- so you can take on the guys who used to walk all over you. In the IW system there is no reason to approach the game with any intent at all. Just log on and use whatever cheapassssed weapons and strategies that you can. It will make for crappy gameplay, and crappy matchups. Wait and see. Or better, ignore it and let someone else tell you how bad it is.
