The Spore lawsuits which EA lost mandated them to always disclose the DRM or DRM mechanisms in their EULA, they have not done so with DA2, breaking a court order that many lawsuits brought on EA. Reclaim Your Game, a gamer consumer rights activist group, may take action. Criminal charges could happen as a result. This issue is unrelated to the forum and game banning but surfaced alongside with that. This is becoming an interesting day for gaming. |
