 It's a sad day in FPS land when...The only FPS I am actually a little excited about this fall is..
Warhammer 40K: Space Marine http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFHKIFDjk9I I generally do not enjoy sci-fi shootem ups but, I actually enjoy the lore behind the i.p. and I have this funny feeling this may actually be good. The single player looks pretty entertaining. I'll be happy if any of the 2011 titles have awsome fine tuned mutiplayer. I'll quickly slap down the cash for any of them if they do however, I've seen the trend. It doesn't bode well for "me" even with all these titles. Maybe HoS. Who knows. Worst case senario Blizzard wants D3 out by the end of the year. Re: It's a sad day in FPS land when... Relic can do no bad in my book, and I LOVE Warhammer, so its a day one buy from me, I just dislike 3rd person games.
I'm on the fence about Rage, it looks decent, but with no real MP just co-op. The last few "id" games have beyond awful. Wolfenstien, Quake 4 (both Raven games but id licenses) and Doom 3 where all really bad, gone is the id that made Quake 2 and 3. |
