Post ATI Crossfire 2xATI Radeon 5770's
What exactly does Crossfire optimize? I am running it but have not seen any noticeable difference....any help would be appreciated.

crossfire means you run 2 cards at the same time. ATI"s technology for that is called crossfire.

So if you do not run crossfire (aka catalyst AI disabled) then you only run on one videocard.
