Yes mate, the post above lol.

I use this driver: ati_omega_xp2k_48442.exe - I also had a few problems getting it to install correctly on xp pro sp2 ( more to do with ati tray tools actually ) but I can't remember seeing your problem re driver signing? I think I just said ok to use this driver - sry can't remember exactly now?

I just kept the tray tools and use the official driver again without ccc.
I even made a screen of the installation and how it does not work

On the picture you see that I just cant click on the box to install the driver :?

seta cg_drawMantleHint "0" set this to "1" and the hit "key" to jump will re-turn 8-)

or alternatively you could just type in the console:

\seta cg_drawMantleHint 1

How good that this is deactivated, otherwise my question would have been, how can I turn that of?
Maybe when you're a jumper and you want to jump on a rail and not climb over it, then you need this on so you can go back until the hint disappears and jump normally.

One of the first things I turn of when I get a new cfg is breath hint "press shift to hold your breath" when you look through the sniper scope.
Everybody who plays this game the second time knows this already and it just gets on my nerves.

I work now my cfg version 5, so, i see your cfg, not bad :)

I used a cvar already early yet: "dynent_active". thats turn off the dynamic, the melons do not explode, the bottles do not fly away from the explosions. so, gives fps boost.

Another thing: the fps meter a gauge covers it the reinforcements text.
i used the "cg_debugInfoCornerOffset" command, that let me solve this problem.
with this values, the fps meter disturbs nothing. (pam4, hq etc.)

edit.: yet a thing: i see, that you turn off the "press Space" text. i think turn off the "press shift to steady" text too: cg_drawBreathHint.

this is everything now. I hope for it, I helped you :)

I dont understand what the screen you posted shows
Ok, now i do.

cg_debugInfoCornerOffset 0 400
Is good for my resolution

dynent_active 0
I will try this command, but sometimes I like shooting watermelons when im bored :D
Also the correct physics calculations when you shoot a stone at the corner it turns faster. :D
I have full ragdoll instead because I like it when you shoot somebody from a roof and the body rolls down

Have you tested this at all? Does it actually give a fps increase? If so how did you test the increase - just curious 8-)
