 Re: yitch3.cfg
Im not yitch but change it to one, search for lodscalerigid in the cfg and change it. Sometimes it takes too long to find the lodscale bind before getting kicked

 Re: yitch3.cfg
seta r_lodscaleRigid "1" seta r_lodscaleSkinned "1"
On a lot of servers, that values must be equal to "1".

 Re: yitch3.cfg
only thing i would bind would be bind KEY toggle r_lodscalerigid 1 4 bind KEY toggle r_lodscaleskinned 1 4 bind KEY toggle r_drawdecals 0 1 bind KEY toggle m_yaw 0.019 0.022 bind KEY toggle m_pitch 0.019 0.022
those are the only things i run into not sure about everyone else

 Re: yitch3.cfg
Typing lower m_yaw than 0.022 doesn't enable on servers.

 Re: yitch3.cfg
CB, ESL pbsv.cfg: pb_sv_cvar m_yaw IN 0 0.022
and the most servers not enabled, to change this dvar.
(so, on non-pb servers you dont get kicked.)

 Re: yitch3.cfg
Hi guys,
I am fairly new to pc gaming and struggling a bit following some of the instructions!
Thanks so much,Jock, for putting out something to help those of us without the latest and greatest machines..you (and the others on here!) deserve huge pats on the back for all the time and effort.
I am using Yitch3 but not sure if i have installed it properly..
I opened my config_mp.cfg and deleted everything between my binds and con_hidechannel.Then I pasted in the Yitch3 cfg and changed my name and custom class names. I then made the cfg read only(not sure why but read to do it!). Each time i start the game it asks if i want the game to configure itself optimally for my new hardware and i select no.
It seems to work but looking at other cfgs on the forums I now have quite a bit missing..ie system info etc.
I am still unable to get a constant FPS..even struggling to maintain 66 on some maps..sometimes dropping as low as 45ish(and going red?)in the busier areas/wide map views.
My system is from late 2005...
Processor:AMD Athlon 64 3200 Venice Motherboard:Asus A8N sli deluxe AMD 64 RAM : 2 gb Hard Drive:80gb(just for OS..also a 2x250gb and a 120gb) SATA Video Card:Asus AX850XT PCIE/256mb( GPU 520/MEM 540 in ATI Tray Tools) Sound Card:onboard Keyboard:logitech Mouse:logitech Operating System: windows XP 32 professional service pack 3(went with the 32bit as i was unsure about the 64 bit drivers etc in 2005..would my system now run better on 64?)
I have installed the ATI omega driver thanks to Flash's recommendations here(had to use v3.8.252 for compatability with my card as i was getting the same problem as Puller with the later releases) but haven't noticed a difference in FPS from the original ATI driver(from late 2005)
I wondered if that sort of FPS is all i can expect or if there is anything i could do to make it run better? Have started reading about overclocking the graphics card but really have little idea and don't want to damage anything!
Excuse my ignorance on this..but any help would be greatly appreciated!

 A few questions
Hey guys... first of all great website. 1. I recently installed the yitch3 config and would like to see my gun camos. How do I acheve this? 2. Some of the f keys do not work properly... are they necessary or is it a problem? 3 how do I bind keys? I have found a few binds that I would like to use but cannot figure out how to do it. (I know I have to use the console and all that Hahaha) thanks for the info.
