 Nvidia settings, resolution problems and new drivers.

Post Nvidia settings, resolution problems and new drivers.
So I noticed on forum that people tweak their GPU for better gamine experience or smth like that. I didnt find any of these tips for Nvidia GPUs so if someone could give me a few advices how should I set the parametres.

Also I have a Zotac GT 220 with 1 gb ram and benq 19" widescreen LCD monitor. I have the old drivers for my GPU and in game I play with 1152x864 (weird i know, but im tweaking my cfg so i will come with better solution). I updated GPU drivers and with this or any other resolution except nativ 1440x900 game didnt cover the whole screen. I tryed to change aspect ratio and everything so i rly dont know what to do... o.O

any suggestions?? :)
