Is there a way to make the scope for the sniper rifle come up to your eye faster ?

Not without running a mod.

If you do want to run a mod, look in the weapon files.

No your cd key would be fine. You might be thinking about hacks, if so then yes you would be banned. Making/Running a mod would require you to run a server, you wouldn't be able to use it on other servers(unless they are running the mod)

I know about the mod thing but i was talking about the weapons file if i mess with that i will get my key banned.
So i willl leave it alone .
Iam not gonna create a mod just to bring the scope up faster to my face. I just thought that there might be a setting that could be changed .
