Well... now that you asked... It was a set up done a while back... took approximatly 4-5 hours of set up... Using my War Room's modular building Pieces.... Tried to re create some of the land scape from the CoD4 Modern Warefare Map Crashsite...

The hours it took to hand panit all the little pieces i have... uh... well.. More life than i could ever remember.... *grins* Without set & prop pieces i have a few thousand painted... and as far a props... and sets.. well.. many thousands of hours on the brush at least..

But thanks.. glad you liked it..

Is that steel wool you have used for flames and smoke? Painting the underneath with day-glo has created a very interesting and effective appearance.

Intrinsic Motivation
Description

Intrinsic motivation is when I am motivated by internal factors, as opposed to the external drivers of extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation drives me to do things just for the fun of it, or because I believe it is a good or right thing to do.

There is a paradox of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is far stronger a motivator than extrinsic motivation, yet external motivation can easily act to displace intrinsic motivation
Example

Most people's hobbies are intrinsically motivated. Notice the passion with which people collect little bits of china or build detailed model ships. Few people carry that amount of passion into their workplace.

Yes... Steel wool was used for the fires primary component in it's creation... Glued to a base once shaped... then painted with many, many layers... seems the clumps added more and more texture as you go... but blah blah ... *grins* was a mission... But very worth it... thanks for the praise sir..
