I use a modified D1ablo-cfg and always, when i have to download a mod or promod rulesets, my max-download rate is 13 kb/s. So is in the cfg any command, which is responsable for the dl-rate? or is it another prob? and i know, its not because of the dl-server.

If its downloading at 13kb/s then its probably downloading the mod/maps directly off the server and you cant change that speed its capped so it doesnt lag out. The command for download rate is simply rate 25000 and when you go to download the map or mod from a redirected url then you can get maximum download speed.

kk, but for example: our clan server has a url download, so its full speed, but just for the others xD... i just load with 13kb/s. then it seems, like there is an command, which forbid to download from url...
