Hey guys

I formatted my computer a few days ago , and im getting some really annoying ghosting when i try to alt and tab , or the server downloads a customrule set , it flickers in and out of my desktop , the desktop brightness goes right up , then it either goes back into game , or the game gets some random DIRECT X error.

Everything is up to date , all temperatures at a nice steady level...

Any help?
