 some config values won't change..

Post some config values won't change..
I have tried to change the values of "cg_gun_x" and "cg_crosshairalphamin", but even if I write protect the cfg-file the values are still default in-game..

is it just impossible to change some values like this? or is it another way to do it? :|

Those commands are most likely cheat-protected or can only be used on devmap

Try opening the console BEFORE you are in-game, that way cheat protection is disabled. just change the settings, see if the change persists and then start/join a game
