Hey guys -- been working on something for alittle over a month now with another guy in {PST}

Incorporating Website and Server Administration is the best way I can think of summing it all up

Written in PHP, using MySQL database what we have created is a Website Interface, that members of your clan can log into and enter information on a bad player, or a player that was swearing, etc etc etc. -- In my experience, players are rather thankful for good server administration.

We all know an over excited Admin that bans people left and right is not a good thing, scares people away. We also know a server that is not Admin'ed is where are the punk kiddies go and not alot of people what to be there in that type of environment.

Would be nice to have a server that basically Admin'd itself huh?

2 sides to this entire project -- the PHP part, and the Game coding part. So first the PHP part.

Now, lets get to the real reason this is being done ok? I get a report that a player is swearing and speaking of sexual acts while in YOUR server!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR -- I grab the logs, find all the info I need and start entering it into to the website ((OR I send this info back to the clanmember that emailed me and ask them to input this info))


Once the info is inputted and saved, it looks like this to the rest of the members on the site/clan


Now for the fun part the Game Coding Part --

Then PHP utility, takes all the info you have just put in, and creates the Game Coding required. It them uploads to your server. BINGO!!! All done. Next time the offender comes into your server, he has been TAGGED and will recieve a personal center screen warning, and everyone else in the server will get a "console" message something like CONSOLE CODE: ID: = 98 : 005 000 000 000 for {PST}*Joker" -- this is to alert other players/admins of a previous rule violator

Website is pretty much live -- but we have it tucked away until we can make it look nicer *L*

Scriptting on the COD4 server is done, in controlled testing everything was great.

Combining the 2, PHP Website with COD4 GSC was alittle tricky, but working fine now.

Actually running this entire process **LIVE** now, using the PST server -- 64.27.1.131:28930 -- as the test bunny ranked 95th percentile so gets some good traffic. All in all, the PHP website/GSC has about 75 players "Tagged and Bagged" and everything thus far is running very smoothly.

I'm guessing I can't talk about sexual acts on your servers anymore. Bummer.

This is now running LIVE on the PST server, the below image is what users will see while InGame if a tagged player joins -- Thanks to Tuleran for assisting in the testing

Good work Joker,this will save admins such as my self a heck load of time,nothing more frustrating when playing on the server and having to get shot to pieces while kicking some idiot,who can't follow the server golden rule.

Most of our regulars over at [NCG],actually tell the non regulars to stop the hop,and my day is spent remotely kicking people through modern rcon,then they contact me viaa xfire,which is sometimes annoying when i'm trying to work.

Just a couple of questions:

1.Will this be fully customisable like a config through phpmyadmin or something?

2.When is the estimated release date,would very much like to try this,as i'm developing a multi games clan in replacement for mw2 atm, website included.
