When playing video games, you look for excitement and excitement only - any game that doesn't offer it, gets pushed to the side. You are the Daredevil and you play games for the thrill. You have probably been gaming for quite awhile and one thing you have learned is that the high that some games give you is unmatched elsewhere in life.

You prefer the more exciting competitive games, although playing with anyone who takes it too seriously will turn you off. You generally look for games that offer constant excitement, quick load times, and few preparations. Anything that slows you down is detrimental to the overall experience you seek to achieve.

I couldn't take the test,but this is a very good subject, a lot of teams including my own have failed in recent times due to incompatible team members.
A good practise when recruiting is to always give potential team members a trial first off, to let any demons out of the bag,i reccomend a month before commiting any player into your A squad.
When recruiting also make sure that you have firm rules on training times and availability,and stick to them,the last thing you need is to be short of players 10 minutes before the big match.
Comms are probably one of the most important,if not the most important aspect of any match you play,players need to be able to communicate,in a clear and precise manner,and a good comms practise is to keep place names and directions as short as possible thus saving precious seconds when under attack.
Regular training sessions are good for team moral,and also to break any barriers within the squad.Use comms,get to know each other and make the sessions fun,but keep the tactics firm.
Personally we like to see people on our public server for a good period of time before even considering to recruit them,mass recruiting within a clan is good to build numbers,but can cause headaches when you have 20 peoople all wanting to play the same match,it's best to recruit a select handful for your primary team,and make it clear to your members who is in what team.
