I had a trojan bite me in the butt, so I got mad and built me a new rig. I have installed COD5 on one of my partitions, not on my C drive. I am running XP Pro, same as my old system. On my old PC the config file was in Documents and Settings. Problem is, that's not where it is on the new PC....I cannot find the config file ANYWHERE!! I have searched all over both partitions to no avail.
Anyone have a clue????

CoDWaW\players\profiles\playername

Make sure in tools, and then folder options, then View ..that your showing your hidden files and folders.

Also not sure but you may have to run the game to at least create or establish the .cfg file.

Thanks a ton Gumby! I finally got around to doing what you told me in your last post. I thot I had exposed all hidden files, but I was wrong! Dunno how I missed it, I guess I had a senior moment. At 72 I'm not as sharp as I once was. Good to have you sharp young sprouts to call on.
