 making a new FPS config

Post making a new FPS config
a friend of mine wants to play but his pc is horrible so i started early trying to make a fps config for him. my only problem is i don't know what so many of the commands mean from cod5. any ideas how to find out what they mean?

A CoD4 config SHOULD work.

yeah the yitch3 config works for me but i barely get 125 constant(130ish fps). i can get 250 flat(probally higher) in cod4 so i dont think it will be that much help. i no he gets like 30fps with the yitch3 in cod4 so i think he needs more. i was hopeing for something new in waw that would help up his/my fps.

where do you place the yitch.cfg if you wanna try it out?

put in your "main" folder then when you enter the game type "/exec yitch3" and it should work.

See my config, I just posted it.
Fps are not as good as in cod4 though (rather around 100)

Dont use yitch3 it has renderepreference shadermodel2, next time you start your screen stays black.
but that is pretty much the only thing that causes problems.
