I notice that it also states that you must sign up for a STEAM account in order to activate your game....

meh steam is not bad i haven't had ANY problems with it. those specs are just a little higher than cod4.

COD4:

Uhhm doesn't it seem unusual that there you need 16 GB of free space as compared to 8 from COD4?

Steam I guess could be on the disc and IWnet could have an application on there as well.

I use a 75 gig Raptor for my gaming and that takes a big chunk.

On second thought that is freaking huge.Steam is only 4MB

How many accolades and widgets can you get for 8gb

Maybe the 1st 2nd and 3rd DLC is on there waiting to be unlocked

I dont think steam app that big , must be there IWnet crap . ????

steam installer is 1.6mb i think its like 4-5mb in total but they probally added alot of "eye candy" which adds to the size.
