Okay ever since the patch on the 18th sniping is different ok usually i could scope in and instantly shoot and kill, but now I have to hold shift for a second or 2 atleast or the shot just doesnt hit. I held shift before but i could get some very quick shots off. Just wondering if anyone around here has noticed it I'm not sure if its just intervention or all weapons but its weird.

I know this isn't the best video but this is what happens scope in shoot right on the person and it doesnt even get close to hitting them.
