MW2: Internetprovider might delete client's accounts
http://www.codinfobase.de/?w=news&actio ... d=6724&t=1In the Acceptable Use Policies of many providers it is written that it is not allowed to run private servers and or to cause a lot of traffic vie peer to peer connections. Both can happen when someone plays MW2 and so some players already got letters from their providers saying that their accounts might get deleted, that their bandwidth gets/got reduced and or that they get charged extra money.
Here are some English links about this:

Comment: Another reason to start dedicated servers. Perhaps now IW will see that it is time. Providers in Europe might start similar things too, but I hope that the clients won't have to suffer.
