Post Lag compensation
So how do you guys like the Anti-lag that's in this game. Does it ever irritate you? To me it seems like the game goes through alot of checks to make sure that you actually hit them, as if everything has to wait for the server, and is not client side.

Unfortunately DICE seems too afraid to open up some of the configs so we can mess around with better settings. So do you guys actually like the way this game does it? Personally i think its bearable but after a few more weeks i can see myself shelving it in the end for other games to come.

the ingame shows latency ie how far behind the server your client is , its easier to allow the server to be approx 80ms ahead of all clients , for some sort of programming reason

so if your ping is 25ms , your latecy will be 105ms , and you will play as if you had 25ms ping ie with no problems

Who is saying that there's no way to change the compensation by client?

We think we found out how to set a few strings to settings.ini and gamesettings.ini that effects the clientsided lag compensation

I've tried the BF2 commands .... kicked by pb 8-)
Any news about Lag compensation or some other suggestions to solve the Hit detection prob ?
I had the same Problems due the whole BF series and solved them by tweaking my config to my ping times .
BF assume a player ping 100-150 i play mostly on servers where i have a ping 40-70 and i have trouble to find the hitboxes  .

I guess my english got a little rusty sorry about that ;)
