 Heard that BF:BC2 is now a DX11 game.

Post Heard that BF:BC2 is now a DX11 game.
And I wish I could find the source. But supposedly it was posted on the BF:BC2 Blog that it is now a DX11 game. Does this mean we will need that new Radeon card to play it? Or is the dx11 just an option, and dx10 will still function? Just curious.

There is zero chance that this would be dx11 only. The number of people out there with Windows 7 AND a Radeon 5800 series card is verrry small. I know of no-one other than myself who has a 5800 series card yet.

If you have Vista, you can install DX11.

Considering what a bust DX10 was, does DX11 really matter?

the game will support DX9,10,and 11. Meaning it will also support Windows XP, Vista, and 7. Straight from the mouth of GvD.
