they say map pack 7 but im goning to call it map pack 2 as the rest of the map packs were just maps we had in different game modes....

still its free to us showing this game is still far better then MOH i duno what DICE were thinking doing MOH it damaged their reputation badly for me at least i will think very long and hard befor i buy a DICE game again and i will not be buying the Nam expansion pack what a swiz that is

lol, yeah I hear ya. Idk, Vietnam expansion isn't such a bad deal really, when you consider MW2 map pack was $15 for, I believe, 3 new maps and some recycled COD4 ones? Correct me if that is not correct, I don't own the game, so I'm going off what I heard. The BC2 expansion is 4 new maps, different theme, essentially a different game. $15 US. Not bad, not bad imo. Dice is ok. No worse than the rest of the biggies.

well MW2 DLC was a rip off i didn't buy it every1 knew it was a rip off it was pre loaded on the disk with Xbox's! :O but this one DICE are actually taking sum stuff out of this, no scopes no equipment/perks to giv it the Nam feel but i don't see anything in this game that i don't all ready have with BFBC2 a decent mod team could have done this expansion pack if given tools and all that they need i see this as DICE trying to jump on the Nam band wagon and trying to follow after COD, i lost faith in DICE when i found they were all talk about supporting us PC players but didn't actually follow through on their word then i got my hands on MOH and heard they way EA knew it wasn't up to standard....., i don't even think i will look at BF3 iv gone off them that much i think i will see what it is like im not that excited for it or this expansion in the words of George Bush "You fool me once shame on you.... you fool me.... you cant get fooled again" lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKgPY1adc0A

Well, I'm just taking it for what it is. As far as following COD with Vietnam, I would disagree. BF, of course did it way before COD did it, with BF Vietnam. This expansion is patterned more from that than any BO thing. Yep, a mod team could've done this, but, at $15, I still don't think it's too bad. But, to each his own. I just posted the news because there are still some of us that think BC2 is a better game than COD BO, which isn't saying much, and are still into this game. As far as BF3, hopefully I'll be too into HoS and it's mods to give a crap about it.

New maps are pretty dang nice actually. Some heavy duty combat and house to house fighting. Lots and lots of stuff to destroy. Heavy Metal is one that you can really stretch out in and do some long distance tank battles, that is, until you get smoked by a chopper. There are plenty of those, as well as other vehicles around.

I have one server set to Conquest and the other to Sqdm. The maps in either mode are very fun and damn, they look so nice. They almost pop off the screen. One thing I love about this game is the color scheme. They seem to be well laid out and complex enough to make it interesting. Now there is a nice amount of maps to set the server rotation.

these maps are good but for alot of people it is to late iv tryed them and they are good but i moved on a long time ago from that game with no competitive play to keep me there, it isn't to little to late from me its just to late
