If any of you peeps who have a nvidia card and are having FPS problems?
Here's a little tweak that might help you gain a little bit more FPS.
Go to nvidia control panel and set threaded optimization to "ON" instead of auto.
Also set max rendered frames to "default"
You may just get an FPS boost, it seems blackops isn't getting detected as a multithreaded device through nvidia control panel.
Worth a go...
multithreaded device refers directx and whether or not to make a multithreaded stream as i understood it. i got an explanation from so smart comp nerd that happens to be one of my friends... lol.
so "0" for that is just better imo
as far as NV control panel im using "override AA setting' and x2 setting. gonna try x4 soon to see if i take a big hit in fps or not. because with streamfreeze command the distant textures are so blurry. and i think aa helps. but i wont use ingame AA settings because i seen fps decreases with the blops setting rather than NV panel
im also using 2 pre-rendered frames. but for high fps testing i use max.
everything u have supremo is what i have.
