nothing, this is my logic. if they do not detonate apart, the processor does working => the processor "relax". => fps +.
does not gives many fps, but gives, and thats the finish.

Sure i understand your logic - its makes some sense, but unless you are in an environment which has dynamic entities constantly being activated then the possible increase ( or decrease in processing ) of fps is for a fraction of a second, and therefore hardly noticed. I do not doubt that some performance can be gained in heavy situtations, whether it be in fps i'm doubtful as most of the physic's in the game are processed by your CPU and not your gfx card, so unless you have a bottleneck with your CPU then you should notice nothing. Never the less an interesting idea. 8-)

yeah, you have right. but this a full low detail cfg (see r_detail - no weapon skin - a very little fps improving), and this may help with the increase of the fps. not so much, but help. and this is for me the aim :)

hi im having some prob wit this yitch3 cfg. when i try to press f4 to f10 tell me unknow cmd <m_yew,<m_pitch and goes on i know is smthing to do with the binding but can i just del the m_yew and stuff or what can i do??

and im having 1 more problem is tat my screen have this graph i wan to turn it off how do i do it???

to turn off the lagometer:
cg_drawlagometer 0

<m_yaw (etc.) only a feedback from that direction, what you did how. example: the feedback is "<m_yaw", you changed the m_yaw dvar.

The unknown cmd thing is purely a note to you that a dvar setting has changed. I use this as a reminder of changes made by toggles and scripts - it does or means nothing. To remove the msg simply del the last part of any bind/toggle script lines up to the ; character

example: if you had

set mouseyaw1 "set m_yaw 0.022;>m_yaw_22" -> change to -> set mouseyaw1 "set m_yaw 0.022;"

or something like that.

thanks alot for your help guys.

i try using this yitch3.cfg cfg's is v good but then when i join some servers with punk busters, it will kick me out of the server. is there a config tat will improve fps and will not be kick out by punk buster??

Not really as some of the tweaks in Jock's yitch3 config are to do with lodscale and decals etc.

You could always bind toggles or scripts to change these in game. Its what I do as I run a similar config setup. That way I simply adjust my settings ingame via the binds to the server requirements.

Post in the scripting section the ones you need to change and I or another member will toggle / script them for you. 8-)

Big help for a newbie

I am trying to run Yitch3 and on our serve I get punkbuster warning then kick "cvar_drawdecals=0" I have changed the setting in the yitch.cfg file to "1" but when i go back into the game it gives the same message. Can somebody please help with a bind that will change the cvar drawdecals in game to an accepted level without losing all the other yitch3 goodies.
