I can't find my own server for love nor money. I see hundreds and thousands of servers, but mine is not on the list. However, there are people playing on it including people from my own clan.

Anyone one found another way of connecting to a specific server apart from via the server browser?

use the rcon tool ... it looks like it does have a quick connect on it ...

I find it on my rcon tool, that's how I know there were people on there. Sorted now via friends invite, but I could not get it to show in the browser list.

Yes it takes so long for me to just pull up 50 or so servers.
I imagine things will get snappier in this area

use steam friends if u hav ur clan m8s as a friend

That's how I found my server at all! It would not show up on the browser list for me, so I joined via other mates on my server...more than a bit frustrating thou.

That update on Steam seemed to fix some of it. My server now shows up in the list but all those saved in favorites are gone and must be re-saved. They...I say they as I am not sure where the problem is...have a lot to sort out. The lag is quite horrid. I am running in windows mode and the lag is slightly less. At least I don't feel quite as dizzy after 10 minutes of play. I am finding this quite hard to take at this stage. Perhaps I will walk away and let them, someone, anyone, patch it before I go back.

Now I'm running a duo core with GTX8800, so it is not top spec for this game, but to see me fps swinging, yes quite literally swinging from 15 - 50 and peak at 94 when I look at the sky or a bright patch is making for some interesting moments ingame. I appear to seriously drop my fps the moment an enemy shows up.

Don't know what this is, what happened, whats happening and who's doing anything to fix it - not to mention when they'll get it sorted...

Yea this is really frustrating. I just logged into RCON to see my server full - great!. However it appears in RCON that the server name has been reset (again) along with the playlist. So as it stands right now my server is full (wonderful), but I have no idea what game mode it is running, I cannot find it in the server browser because it will only give me 500 servers; none of which are mine and almost all are TDM, there is no way to add a favorite server by IP address and finally the \connect IP command in the dev console doesn't appear to work in COD:BO...

I could send a chat message through RCON and ask what game mode it is running because that is an option. Oh but wait, RCON doesn't show anything to do with chat so even if someone answered me I wouldn't know it. This RCON tool is pretty much worthless as far as I am concerned...
