first off im a guy built on the premise of hard work, pride, respect, and i also live by many many "old timer" sayings. (hell im not even thirty yet i sound 60)

Im not simply handing "it" over. mad scientist or not. To those that have the dedication, want, drive and ambition have approached me and i have gave all my ideas, complete config, as well as theories towards tweaking.

They have a sense of decency and respect and therefore i recognize them as my own "blood" so i do not turn them away.they are my brothers in the same crusade, the same fight.

The strangers come and try to be friends then hastily argue when there way is NOT met. Then they call us or or me in particular a cheating, no good, and a greedy SOB. Well fellows ya just blew your chance.


Cactus had a similar fall out in his thread. He was a nice guy helping us all out. We took advantage of it and then when ppl got greedy he defended himself and then ppl jump the gun and ranted to him and making statements of "cheating" "all for your self"--now look. he ppl bit the hand and he has retreated for more then just this game sucks and poorly optimized argument that he made. the brash and rudeness by some has even led me to become quite because ppl always want more. if they cant have it then why should the select few. Where the hell do u think the word "advantage" came from. until it is fixed the playing field will be tipped in those who are endowed with the knowledge or config in general. srry but not everything is fair, not everyone can win, not everyone can get what they want. (damn that song comes to mind now)


-ALso, if you think this is cheating then leave these forums and go to treyarch and btch to them. I would advice you to listen to Yitch and Cactus podcast that was some time ago. it discusses the issues of "cheatweak" (my new word for u guys lol) cheating is tweaking debate -

what about the new patch then ?

what about it? it fixed streamfreezestate. and other things ? no. to my knowledge that is the exploit they had in mind.

if the time comes that the foliage is fixed. then it is. no sweat of my back.

but to calm everyones jets, after that there is no UBER PWNER l337 setting other than that. what i mean by this is theres not command that gets rid of all the snow, trees, decals, u name it. after this thers only minor improvements and i know, or at least speculate that patching them would be a waste of time.

patching fog_disable and stream was already a waste of time

fog was first then freeze state. i enjoyed the benefits of both while they lasted. when a new patch comes out i will find out what is patched/blocked and go from ther. its a never ending job as long as this game is patched.

Yes i agree with Jock and his mentality of bring it out so it can be fixed, i suggest you listen to the bash cast again and also the Crosshairs podcast about this also where all of the people on that show thought that cactus was wrong in his idea you still act like i want or took your help or Cactus help, i found my own tweaks and set my game up how i want it, i shared my ideas if i had found a game breaking flaw in the game i would have told Jock or Treyarch but i didn't fined any, Cactus on the other hand posted up pictures of his game (with no foliage) and then said im not telling you how i did this you are not worthy. I concentrated more on playing the game then trying to manipulate it. I think you will fined most people agree with my point of view and who are you to tell me to leave these forums, its great that you help people with there config and if they have a problem but i do not like the way you see the games flaws as opportunities to better your K/D, Treyarch tried to make this game as equal as possible so everyone has a fair playing field

In that crosshairs webcast ,during the chat djnoob posted what he thought was the line in tweaking v cheating, it was very simple ,if the tweak changes the line of sight between two players its a cheat.It was generally agreed the fog was outside the map and did'nt do that , but the foliage one was.I initially used the foliage cheat assuming the more people used it the quicker it would be patched but that did'nt happen so i have stopped using it.I'm shouting about it in the steam forums at the moment which i know will lead to more people using it , but it has to be fixed, its a game breaker.
I do'nt think anybody should be taking this personally ,we are just talking game ethics.

i am still sending 2 tweets a day to PC_dev and Jd_2020 and DavidVonderhaar im shore they know about it just don't want to admit it it will probably/hopefully stop working with the next patch

1) Your, YOU JO3_23 mentality is not going to get you anywhere. Again i seen this: "I want a level playing field. If you have tweaks then i want them. Share. If not im going to btch up a storm, make you look bad, and further more make it so if i cant have them then no one can even you" -this is what i read from you.

3) explanation of response in 2). I worked for it. I asked, questioned, experienced, read, googled many many times of which and what does what.

4) End Result: I am NOT sharing ALL. I will give input and help. I will not give because 1) my blank is optimized for MY machine ONLY. Im not taking the time to change settings for EVEYONE ELSE to use.



5) moral code and ethics: we each have diff views on whats cheating and exploiting and "safe tweaking" You dont want any of this? then you have a game like mw2 that runs like crap. tweaking leads to better optimization of computer hardware. Cutting that out makes this game more like a console game. if i want a console game then i will buy it for my console but until then NO. You want a perfect world that does not and will not exist so get over it.


a) For clarification reasons: what i consider a cheat: the foliage command
b) whats "tweaking" imo the number of polygons, triangles, [geometry settings in general] in my game. lower or no=better performance fps wise. tweaking can also mean how long text fades on my screen, shadows enabled disabled. fps/lagometer, packets, fps settings, snaps, m_yaw and pitch. un needed eye candy and special effects. volume and sound settings.
-all i have changed specifically for ME, not u, or the next few hundred ppl that would use my config and say "whats this, how do i change that. oMG this is gone..."


Again you dont like what im doing? TO F@#$%^&*() BAD. Srry but thats the truth and im tired of this "cheating and tweaking" argument.
