you may get banned on the stricter "you can't change anything" servers but its just a script so should be "safe" on normal servers
about dynmic lights what you looking to do? commands i found for dynamic lights... seta r_dlightBacks seta r_dlightLimit seta r_dlightQuality

People where banned or at least kicked for mr nickles burst script. They detected it by variables in the script, when these variables were named differently the script was not detected. So when you have your own script that is not used by thousands of people it should be safe.
I cant guarantee you you wont get into trouble with a script because you never know what admin xyz thinks about that.
On the servers I go, nobody wonders why somebody can shoot so fast with the g3 or pistol, they all know it.
It shoots back faster than you could using stop reload and attacking by hand actually it is more like a burst that also interrupts reloading.
Also included now, the nade throwing script that automates throwing completely. Hit the bind (its on z) and you always look in the sky in the same angle and make a long jump throw. Advantage: It is always the same movement. When you figured out a spot to aim (can be on the ground or whatever) you will hit your target every time. For example if you want to hit an objective point.
