Trying to play WaW with a mate and very early on into the missions he'd get framerate issues, dropping down to being very very choppy, and near the end of the missions it'd start affecting me too.

Neither of us have installed the patches yet, but wondered whether this is a known issue? We were playing over lan, we're in the same room.

install the patches and see if it continues

you could also try the codww yitch config, just rename it to config.cfg instead of mp_config.cfg
