I wonder how long before the game just goes completely to hell? I haven't bought it...yet. I'll download it for the single player (I feel far more guilty about giving IW my money than pirating right now), but IW will never see a dime from me. I might get a used copy for the MP. But it looks like I'll stick to COD4 or maybe give COD WW another try. I might take up COD2.

Someone went 74-6 or something on Favella last night when I was on, they were all part of a clan because they had the same name, and they knew exactly where everyone was. You saw them on killcam track you through a wall or floor when you were crouched with silence/jammer, so I'm fairly sure they were using something. I have played my fair share of pro players and the reasont hey kill you is because they check EVERYWHERE in a certain order......these guys were just running round from exact location to exact location kill after kill.

I never once saw a hacker in COD4 in my few fav servers, and PB always did a good job, but arent there still hacks floating around for CS which haven't been picked up for YEARS? Hope this doesnt happen with CODMW2

Software will never be able to catch all hackers. It just can't. That's why it is key to have people watching. If something suspicious in a players behaviour is noted a person can deal with this. Software doesn't monitor behaviour.

These guys will be banned permanently, and when they do, they are gonna have to shell out another 60 bucks to play again.

I have never condoned hacking an online game....untill now. After dropping dedicated servers, admins, customized PB checks and all the goodness that has kept COD4 going. IW deserves what they get. I actually considered buying the game and hacking the S*** out of it!

Problem with that is, hacking doesn't affect IW. It affects the players who are just trying to go have some fun.
