Our next update is coming soon which will offer functionality for persistently banning players, subscribing to a global banlist, and submitting demo recordings to an anti-cheat site for investigation. 

The patch that supports global banlist should be ready in a few days, so the more people can report the cheater SteamIDs, the better.
