This week we present the community's reaction to *the* leading story in the CoD world right now: the impending release of Treyarch's Call of Duty: World at War.
With the release of the game scheduled for November 11th here in North America and a few days later (the 14th approximately) in Europe, we devote our monthly CoD-Community News roundtable solely to the topic of CoD: WW.
The community will not have to wait until November to get a chance to try the game out online as Treyarch has let it be known that we in the PC community will receive an MP Beta trial to test the game out.
On this monthly Community-News edition of BASH we ask the really tough
questions that are being asked about the game. Is CoD: WW simply CoD4
reskinned? What should we expect with CoD:WW. What
will the game be like? And most importantly, should we believe the hype
and buy the game? How well will it do?
With me to discuss things-CoD, we have community leaders Matt Pruitt from planetcallofduty.com who has a really good grasp of the corporate side of gaming, Jim (Rudedog) from fpsadmin.com the admin's guardian angel here in the CoD community, ace-modder and competitive player, Michael (Garetjax) from codtv.tv and new to the BASH roundtable, Diva, leader of clan TNTBlowout from tntblowout.com.
