The format will be completely dependent on how many teams show up. In order to have a spot reserved for your team, you must have 4 players prepaid. If by the time prepay locks, you do not have 4 players prepaid, we will have the right to deny you entry into the event.

The LAN at the very minimum will be double elimination, but could very easily include group play. The more teams that show up the better the chance of round robin being played.
